Oh Bojangles, how I wanted to love you, but you let me down. My friend had bragged about how great Bojangles was. We entered in and asked about ordering a single piece of chicken and some other items. The guy working had to get help figuring out what to suggest. Then I asked another person about the Macaroni and Cheese and was told he doesn’t eat there. The wait was very long, the fries were so salty that I could barely eat them, and tea was not that great.

Pleasantly surprised! It’s been a while since my last visit to another Bojangles. Food was fast, fresh and good. Their dining room was clean with fun appointments like chicken-wire pressed between frosted partitions. Way to go Bo! I’ll be back.

The Cajun chicken biscuit was ok, as was the sausage egg one. The the worst fast food option out there, but definitely not the best. Staff at this location was friendly and helpful though.

Worst Bojangles I’ve ever went too. The staff is not friendly. Went inside and cashier was on her phone. Had to wait for her to make eye contact. After finally asking could she take our order had an attitude. My family wanted to eat inside after we got food but the tables were dirty. Lady had her 10 year old son wiping tables while she was on her phone. By the time we finally sat down to eat the food wasn’t hot nor good. We usually love going to Bojangles but will never return to this location. Cashier was older woman and the other nasty lady was the one who had her son doing her job while on her phone. Stay clear of this location.

Everybody there hardly friendly and unprofessional. The restaurant is not very clean the service is very lacking and they’re very rude and just don’t seem to want to be there at all.. and one of the employees by the way I saw this in another review and I thought that it’s odd that it’s still going on is that the employee has there a child about 12 11 years old running around the store most of the day and wiping tables and constantly asking people about random things while they were eating .. and another thing is when orders are placed for delivery they need to be sin sealed boxes and not just boxes of open chicken handed to drivers

Well over a year ago I went to your restaurant in Franklin and had lousy customer service, rude person, so I swore off going. Decided to give it another try today and again I got a very rude employee. Not at all nice to the customers and doesn’t even bother saying thank you come again or nothing. You guys really need to work on your customer service. I worked in fast food restaurants and now I work in a quilt store if I was as rude to customers as they were I would not have a job any longer or a business. I won’t be going back.

So, we’ve had a few ups and downs at this particular Bojangles. But we were pleasantly surprised the last time we had takeout when we opened up the bag the chicken sandwich deluxe was huge and delicious and we will order that again.

They are very poor at there job I have order from them 2 times and the same thing always happens I ended up not getting the food I order and I order from them last night and I did not get no mashed potatoes that I do have a 1 year old that loves them and never got any and then I was eating my chicken and it was red inside like it was not even done the first time I thought maybe it was because it was late and I give them a 2nd chance and order from them 3 days later and this time it was worse chicken was red and bloody and no mashed potatoes and no gray last time they did not give me the right amount of chicken I payed for i ended up missing chicken

The Bogangles’ in Franklin, NC is incredibly well managed – it has a clean atmosphere, it offers plenty of parking and despite arriving at a peak time, I’ve never had to wait long.
