Regular customer at this DD and I have to say , ever since they brought that new manager on , everything has gone down hill . I had hopes for this store since it was just starting to get better then when the old male manager left and this new female one came . Total chaos . She doesn’t help her employees when the line is literally out into wal mart walking space and she just stares at the line and walks to the back . I don’t know what company ceo hired her but they need to reevaluate her because she’s the worst manager I’ve ever seen . I usually spend about 20-40$ everytime for me and my co workers but NOW . Not a penny . I’ll come back when they get rid of this horrid manager . The rest of the staff is amazing and actually puts in effort while the manager is beyond LAZY

Worst Dunking Donut ever visited. Purchased a Medium Coffee “Winter Blend” and while drinking I found the coffee to have a medium size gooey slime inside the coffee. Worst experience ever. Contacted dunking donuts customer service and informed them of the finding, then was given a case number and advised that a general manager would call me back and since then I haven’t heard from the general manager. This incident happen on February 1, 2021. Worst Dunking Donut experience ever. Will never again visit this store.

Horrible service! Friends ordered two unsweetened teas, the teas tasted stale, so they informed the staff. The staff poured their own cups and agreed. The “manager” on duty was the one who rang them up, and then yelled at her staff that the tea was made the night prior so it “should be fine.” Friends asked for a replacement, said manager agreed to do so. Once the replacement came out, it looked like tinted water, see image. Friends instantly asked what the issue was, she claimed she made “half a batch” for them and would not be hearing any of their complaints & was not issuing a refund. I understand that staff shortage is now a issue but this woman was also complaining to customers about her current staff. Everyone deserves grace, but this woman needs to reconsider her job in customer service. Absolutely ridiculous!

One thing that bothers me the most is when you go into a resturant and they are out of everything you pick to eat. At least 5 people after us also had the same issue and it’s only 9:30 a.m.! They have Wi-Fi and the employees were happy and gave great service.
