For some reason you can’t place a mobile order from this store through the Taco Bell App. The app shows the TB in Rochester as the nearest store to me. It’s not the biggest deal in the world, but it would be nice to earn points from my orders here.

I need everyone to understand that when you go to taco bell there is a certain level of scrappiness that is going to occur. stop expecting perfect service from an understaffed fast food place. yes they make my order wrong most of the time and they will probably not say hi or how are you but baby this is a taco bell. it’s the risk you have to take. today, my crunchwrap was made incorrectly so i went inside where i saw about 3 (THREE) employees struggling to run the busy drive through and get all the delivery orders out. The young girl who remade my order was very nice and I felt so bad for her. Please be nice to service workers!

I went through the drive thru and ordered Sprite soda. When we got home, the soda was bad. I think it didn’t have any flavor. I think it was just carbonation with out soda flavor. I tried to call them, but the phone number seemed to be a fax machine.

The food is always hot and the atmosphere is friendly but there seems to be a pattern of closing like 15 minutes earlier than what is listed in maps which sucks cause I’m not always able to be here before 9:50 due to work
