Not a lot of authentic Mexican options in this area. This one is excellent. English speakers, don’t let the language barrier intimidate you. Google lens on the menu will help, plus they want to feed you. Just point at things.

Mama Suzy’s Gorditas-I can happily recommend this place. The house specialty, as the name states, should be put into a South of the Border Foods competition. For surely, her chicken (pollo) and/or shredded beef (carne) gorditas would win, at least, make the list of top ten, near the top, if not 2nd, then no lower than fourth. Once you try one of these (kinda messy) every-meal gordita plates, that’s it. Your stuck. Add it to your list of faves. I ain’t joking, it’s a flavor you’ll savor, I suggest you increase the deliciousness with the salsa verde served with your order. Thank me later.
