When making an online order and having the option to leave at door, or no knock/ringing of doorbell it would be nice that the drivers would read it and follow directions. Pay attention next time. I wrote we had babies asleep. You could have been considerate. This is not the first time either. Didn’t know it was hard to follow directions as an adult. The past couple of times I’ve ordered for delivery they have made my sandwiches perfectly! In the past I’ve had not so great experiences but now I’ve been seeing it turn around. Also if you’re ordering delivery keep in mind that tips matter! Don’t short change them. Thanks for great quality and quick deliveries ☺️

Disappointed in the laziness of the employees and incompleteness of my order. It was never was updated as completed online, drink straws weren’t included, and I was asked to fill drinks for a pickup. We spent nearly $200 on a company order for a birthday and I received attitude about how the machine to fill drinks was in the corner and the drinks listed are on the receipt. Nobody offered to help me carry anything either.

Food is good, but if you want your food “freaky fast” don’t bother. Waited 30 mins for my order from the time it was placed till delivery. I’m less that 2 miles from the restaurant, but have limited time due my lunch period for work. Driver was polite, but wasn’t wearing a mask. I think I’m done with this location all together

Never have I experienced such horrible service/experience at a Jimmy Johns before. Took almost an hour to get my order delivered. After waiting 40 min I called in and all I got was “it’s on the way”. Horrible attitude and customer service from the employee. This location clearly needs better management. If you look at my image you will see time of order. And time on my phone when order had not been delivered.

Typical Jimmy John’s. What I liked about this place is that the employees were laid back. Usually at a Jimmy John’s the employees will yell overly enthusiastic greetings at you as soon as you walk in and same when you leave. I don’t like that, much prefer the calm.
