I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and this what I got, mostly bread. I love mountain Mike’s pizza but this might be the worst one in the area. You go light on everything, charge me about $4 more for extra sauce, and I still can’t taste the sauce. This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

Do not order food from this establishment. I placed a pick up order. They stated I had to pay over the phone because they were not accepting in store payments. They canceled my order an never contacted me. I called and spoke to Justin requesting my refund. He refused to provide me with the full refund. I was quoted on the phone $26.09. They included a tip without my consent. On my bank statement $31.31 was deducted. Once I informed Justin of this he disconnected the call. When I called back requesting the corporate office number. The young lady who answered told me to look it up online. And Justin told her to disconnect the call. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This place is dishonest. I ordered a carryout pizza an hour before closing. They didn’t call me to let me know they couldn’t feel the order. I got there at 9:45pm they had closed. Not only did they charge me they tipped themselves. When I called to ask for a refund Justin refused to give me my money and hung up the phone, then refunded my account and then charged me again. When I called again he told the woman who answered the line to hang up on me.

Me and my two boys come here often. The food is always delicious and the customer service is great. We’ve been here so much that we now know the owners personally. If we ever have a problem they are quick to fix it without any hassle. Definitely our favorite pizzeria in the area.

I have always loved the pizza here at this location. Years back we used to frequent the Mountain Mike’s over at North Highlands. While that one was good, this one on Arena feels a slight step above. The staff was accommodating whenever I takeout; always making sure I get my options for cheese, peppers, plates, etc. But most importantly, the pizza is always yummy.
