Last night (8/20) was our best experience at this location so far. There have been previous times where the sandwiches were unevenly made, but the three we got were perfect. The two guys working the closing shift looked like they were having a great time together and were very polite.

This is probably the worst Firehouse I’ve ever visited. First visit they rang up my whole order, I paid, and they then let me know they were out of half my order and that I should cancel payment via my credit card company because they can’t refund.

Had the steak and cheese. Very savory, which separates it from Subway. Pricey, but worth the deliciocity. They were out of ice, which was a bummer.

Service was to be desired. If I have to pay that much for a samish shouldn’t I at least get a smile in return? Bring back the different hot sauces!

So disappointed with this location. We went in last week and they were out of time of things. The chips weren’t even the right size. Store bought items to dress up your sandwich. The freestyle drink machine was out of almost everything. The employee Steven was not nice and was acting like he really didn’t want to be there… i was kinda indecisive and he was not patient with me at all… I’ve only ate firehouse one other time so I’m not sure what I like there yet… took forever for them to make our sandwiches. We will not be going back to this location… although the sandwiches were really good!

Firehouse is my new favorite sandwich shop. The sub I had was fantastic. For a chain I was surprised at the quality of food. I will definitely be back, it is close enough to base that I can make this a regular stop. The restaurant was clean and service was quick.

Had a great experience at this location! Was immediately welcomed by an employee when we came into the restaurant. We just had an online pick up order so we just stood off to the side. That same employee acknowledged us and confirmed that we had online orders and what names they were under. I wish I caught his name bc he had fantastic customer service skills!! I also just love their subs in general, so yummy! Never been disappointed with any of the subs I’ve tried there!

Egh, this place has gone way downhill. The food isn’t very good at all. The sandwiches tend to be a huge soggy mess that fall apart when you try and eat them, and this is based on not one single visit but three separate visits in the past year. Each time a bigger disappointment than the last.

Decided to try again after being closed for some time. Had some disappointing experiences, and should have known better. Steak sub had chicken and ham on it, 3 little pieces of pepper, and no grilled onions. I could understand if they ran out, but I sat there as they made the sub…and said nothing. Do not visit this location!

This is a good sandwich shop with good ingredients and decent selection. I do like the meat and fresh veggies on the sandwich and the bread is not bad and could be improved. It is on the pricer side for a meal of this size though. Place is clean and has a selectable soda machine which is nice. Parking is not bad but the entrance to the area is on the small side.
