I never knew a salad could be bad til I ordered 1 from here. I wanted to leave once I saw all the dead crayfish in an aquarium of stagnant water, but I’d ordered my food already. The shrimp was good, the catfish was not. Their cocktail sauce was the absolute worst I’ve ever had along with the ranch dressing & the tarter sauce was mostly mayo that had relish that was Not mixed well at all. The male worker came from out of the kitchen wearing flip flops & a muscle shirt on, so arm pit air maybe an option

Although most Baytown Seafood ‘s are good, this one is not. First, 4 onion rings is skimpy. The shrimp on both orders were grainy. My French fries were horrible. Why can’t restaurants use fresh potatoes instead of frozen. I believe using fresher ingredients are cheaper and taste better. Just lacking.

We stopped there yesterday on our way home to Beaumont from a doctor’s appointment in Baytown. It was about 3:15, parking lot was basically empty. We thought maybe we should leave but decided to go in. We were not in a hurry, dining room was empty except for two waitresses. Immediately a waitress came to seat us and bring menus. Offered drinks. We looked at the menu and surprised at all they had to offer. We started out with egg rolls, yummy. Hubby ordered a huge salad with everything one could think of, plus a side of jumbo fried shrimp. I had grilled flounder served with fried rice and grilled veggies. The food was delicious, fresh, served hot and we both loved every bite, so much so that we brought home an order of veggie fried rice. Our waitress remained attentive. So glad we stopped, we will be back.

Best bacon cheeseburger, best fried shrimp, best grilled chicken salad, best sweet tea! I work in Liberty and eat here often. There have been times we order almost every day of the week! The owners and staff are always pleasant! The food is always fresh, and the restaurant is always clean! I highly recommend!!
