Let’s just say I’ve been to 2 other Jamaican restaurants in the area, but this is now my favorite of them all. I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to! The Missus of the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. I felt a warmth of good energy coming from her. The food is phenomenal and you get very large portions for the money. I will definitely be back!

This place is a must try in Spartanburg. The food was the real deal. So delicious and it was quick as well. I tried the brown gravy chicken with pasta salad and cabbage and my husband got the jerk chicken with plantains and Mac and cheese. We will definitely be back.

Love coming here, accidentally got the wrong chicken which was super spicy for my spice loves out there. The price and portions of the meals will have you with left overs. Overall I recommend this place for some good authentic Jamaican food. 10/10.

I will be moving down here soon and this will a place I will have to try hard to resist!! The curry chicken with rice and peas and juicy plantain. It was so good my mouth had a party with every bite. This place gets an A++++ from me. I couldn’t eat it all and was so happy I got to enjoy it after my travel back home, I just wish I could’ve had more!

Excellent meal. I’m from Austin and have found the little family owned businesses are the greatest treasures. Kingston did not disappoint. Casual atmosphere while stepping into a little shop in Kingston Jamaica. No fluff, but.with food this good, you don’t need it. Prices reasonable and portions generous. I had the Curry Shrimp, Boiled Cabbage and Fried Plantains. Best I have ever had. They also have a small Jamaican general store with jewelry. Take a short vacation for lunch and check them out. You will leave planning your next visit.

Me and my Fiance wanted to try something different, so we visited this place about 1 or 2 weeks ago; as soon as we enter you’re at the front register the girl that was at the register was very rude, she stayed on her phone as she asked what would we like to order, I would ask something she rudely would say it’s up there on the menu, (my eye where blurry that’s why I asked) we ordered I asked what drinks you have and rudely she said all the drinks we have are there in the cooler(nothing worth drinking) as we sat down I seen there was a sign with other drinks I knew then I wouldn’t come back to this place, service was terrible rude from the start, a man sleeping in a chair, and another one come in and don’t speak. I see why they were empty. The customer service is Terrible there. And so is the food! Terrible atmosphere.
