My family & I were in Rhode Island for a college tour, and on our way back to NYC wanted to grab a bite to eat. We stopped by Vino Veritas on a whim. We weren’t even sure it was open. We are so glad it was. The waitress was very pleasant and the food was delicious. We ordered from the brunch and everything was well seasoned and plated beautifully. The maple bourbon syrup was incredible, and the home fries were some of the best we’ve had. The serving size was plenty. We even had some to take home. Chef, you have a way with seasoning! Loved everything. Thank you to the chef & waitress. If you are in the area, check out Vino Veritas. You won’t be disappointed.

We came for brunch. The home fries were great. Perfectly seasoned and crispy outside. Felt like they had just been made.

We ate here 6/30 and had the best dinner . Our waitress Krystal Lee was great . We ordered fried oysters and the 16 oz veal chop that were both specials of the night and chicken parm. All 3 of these dishes were incredible! We have been here 3 times now and will continue to go back . The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy making it a great place to have a relaxing dinner .

We’ve eaten at many Italian restaurants here and in Europe. Vino Veritas in Providence RI was THE BEST EVER. The service Was excellent, the chef able to create what we asked about, and the bolognese sauce was by far, the most excellent we’ve tasted. We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around the block of our bread and breakfast. We would come back to Rhode Island just for this restaurant.

We’ve dined here a couple of times now and it’s excellent. I like the small, quaint and warmly decorated space. Everyone is very welcoming and super helpful. The Pappardelle Bolognese and the Pork Osso Buco served over risotto dinners were excellent. We look forward to another delicious meal soon!

Honestly the BEST restaurant of Providence. The place is nice and comfy, the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming but the food is honestly the best. I’m impressed with every thing on the menu I had tried, the cheese board is generous and the cheese taste crazy good. I’m a French and I tried the escargot and the chef just nailed it… you’re missing out if you live here and don’t give a try. A must go and come back!

We had a fantastic experience at this little gem in Federal Hill. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Our waiter Rob was helpful and efficient. We had the Caprese salad appetizer, Chicken Francais and the Grilled pork chop. Everything was delicious and well presented. The pork chop was huge yet tender. The Chicken Francais was extremely moist and bathed in a mild lemon sauce. The vegetables were perfectly cooked. We will definitely be going back. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Conveniently located in the Broadway section of Federal hill, Providence, this tasteful eclectic eatery is just what I enjoy in a hip-and affordable stop. Service was superb, the greeting was personal and friendly, the seating was nicely appointed and the owner came and shared a few moments, “The best is yet to come…” and so it was, our brunch, celebrating my birthday was delicious and much enjoyed… I had steak and eggs, wife Lucy had the salmon and we we soooo happy with our choices… rumor has it that “The Face of Blues in Warren” (well earned title) Mark Greenbaum, plays there on Friday evenings… I am sure you love this place and all that goes with it… tell them Angelo sent you, and finish your meal with a perfect cup of cappuccino; like we did.
