I wish Google would allow half-star ratings, I couldn’t say 4, but almost feel bad saying 3, but to me, it was just ok. My dad wanted ‘breakfast’ even though it was 1:15pm on a Sunday. It was easy to find, handicap accessible parking and bathroom (which could have used cleaning), but NO breakfast. According to the server, most Friendly’s locations remaining don’t serve breakfast anymore. Service was prompt, polite, prices reasonable. If you’re looking for a No-frills place to grab a sandwich or ice cream, then this is fine.

Fran and Linda are 2 of my favorite servers very friendly and upbeat. The food is good, as well as the ice cream. We always get the brownie sundae and it’s consistently good. It is a little noisy if you’re sat by the kitchen but overall a good experience.

I believe that we all have expectations when we choose to dine at Friendly’s. However, every now and then, this popular family restaurant can surprise even the most jaded among us. My experience at this Friendly’s surpassed my expectations. Despite being busy, the restaurant was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service was quick, and the the food and desserts were tasty. My kids love Friendly’s, but I will go out of my way to return to this location.

Server was great and attentive. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and the lobster roll meal. Cheeseburger was overcooked and tough. Lobster roll was ice cold and tasted like cheap supermarket deli food and the french fries were very bad, tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. I was turned off from ordering ice cream after the meal, but the wife says the ice cream was good. $57 for very bad food and decent ice cream.

I ordered a steak and cheese on the sourdough bread and there was barely any steak. Mostly peppers and onions and cheese and the French fries and onion rings were cold. Service was great ,our waitress was very attentive

Went with my husband and 5 children 2 days ago after my daughters graduation. The waitress was super nice but literally every single one of us got food poisoning! Something must have been cross contaminated in the kitchen because every single one of us is extremely sick starting that night.. I do not think that I can ever bring myself to go back. If it was just 1 of us it wouldn’t be so weird but every single one of us. I hope this was a bad day and not a regular thing that goes on there but I will never go back

Stopped in for a quick lunch before a wedding and what a disappointment! We ordered club sandwiches. How can you ruin a club sandwich? You start with 3 thick slices of poorly toasted bread, a couple of slices of turkey, American cheese, a piece of bacon, wilted lettuce, and small slice of tomato. The fries and coleslaw were OK but the sandwiches were too expensive for the quality!
