Just a amazing place to eat. The fried chicken was the best I have ever had! They have a huge buffet of meats! Fried chicken, pheasant, ribs, pork, and a large fresh salad bar. Mashed potatoes, gravy – all you can eat. Super great tasting food. Owner is a local and amazing guy. Service was amazing also. We will be back! So glad we found Jays!

Fries and chicken that had been in the fryer were not good. They came out, and you could taste the old gross oil. Pasta on the salad bar was not fully cooked, and the dressing it was in was all on the bottom. Salad was browned on the salad bar. Prime rib was done the way I like yet no flavor or seasoning. I asked for steak sauce to help. I asked for a Disaronno and Squirt, and I was told that they only had cheap well. Mashed potatoes had hard chunks in it. Green beans were awful. They were dark and wrinkled up. To be honest, the food was just not good. The waitress was very nice but the quality coming out of the kitchen could use a lot of work.

We had a great meal at a fair price today. For lunch, the kids ate breakfast. My wife had soup and salad bar. I had Deb’s burger. I’d recommend it any time you are in town or close.

Just stopped by and picked up some broasted chicken at Jay’s. Best Ever, have been going there for years. New owner was taught well and continues to serve excellent food and has excellent service.
