This is the worst Waffle House with the worst staff I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been going to waffle houses across the country since I was a kid. This establishment is disgusting, by the service they provide for soldiers. It’s slow paced, with no sense of urgency and they are all rude on top of everything. This place needs to be under new management bc it’s a stain to the Waffle House name. This is also the FIRST REVIEW IVE EVER LEFT AT A PLACE….. Oh and I tried to call in my to go order for about a year and a half and they haven’t ever answered their phone once. Done with Hinesville Waffle House…

I waited at a “bar” seat and intended to place a to go order. I looked at the menu and sat it down, indicating I was ready to order. The middle aged, overweight waitress never once asked me what I would like. This place was not busy at all, it was late evening. This woman never even made eye contact with me and when I tried to get her attention she flat ignored me. After maybe 30 minutes I walked out. Not a word from her even as I opened the door to leave. It was painfully obvious that she couldn’t care less if I stayed or left, she probably wanted me to leave anyway. Again, it was not at all crowded. Maybe 3 tables occupied and 3 guys at the bar section. She even waited on a party AFTER I arrived. I love Waffle House but I will never set foot in this one again, at least not until they change night managers.

My friend and I went to breakfast. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. The food was so good until my friend reminded me that after we finished eating to take a picture and post it. We will have to go back and do that.

The staff is terrible and rude. They act as if you are an inconvenience after the fact that you waited about 30 minutes at the bar. They proceed to take my order but with a nasty attitude that I didn’t appreciate and called them out for it. They told me I can go find other places to eat at if I didn’t like it. Already irritated I went ahead and ordered and then once I went home I found that I was missing a waffle and my hash browns. I called them requesting a refund and what they told me is that I should’ve verified before leaving. Worst place in hinesville to go to

I have been coming to this waffle House for a year so is most of my family. And I was asked today to stand at the register instead of sitting down if I was to get a takeout order because the waitress was afraid I wasn’t going to tip her because I wasn’t dining in I will now refer all my family and friends never to return to this restaurant if the owner would like to go back to the cameras you’ll see the disabled veteran that walked out June 14th 2023
