I can’t believe I am writing about a McDonald’s. But the morning staff is insanely unorganized, no one seems to know where they are supposed to be. I’ve had to grab breakfast here the last couple days, and both times I had to get the attention of a passing staff member to get my mobile order, which would not be a big deal, if they were at all at near the front at any given time or if there was room at the front counter. They also messed up the order on top of it sitting in the warmer for 10 mins before I could finally get someone to acknowledge I was there.

The crew at this location are a work in progress. Food is usually decent- as decent as it gets for MickeyDs. Not sure why the prices keep going up when they literally don’t even take your order, you do that and pay all on an app or kiosk. Staff attitudes sometimes seem to make me think just my presence in inconveniencing their day. Good grief.

Two different orders on two different days and we short changed condiments on both. One order there were not equal number of packs of syrup for the number of pancake orders and second order were did not get enough butter for pancake orders. Both orders via Door dash but they were sealed by McDonalds so no/zero Door dash fault.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The chicken mcnuggets were about half the size of normal nuggets. Not sure if that is an inflationary change across McDonald’s or just at this location. The fries were also undercooked and terrible. Very disappointing.

It’s Mickey D’s so what do you expect? I usually order via the drive thru which isn’t too bad. However it is really awkward how they structure the combo meals (4a, 4b etc ) for ordering the chicken sandwiches, I often have to correct them as a lot of the employees don’t speak English as a native language. It would be better if they just gave a separate number for each meal…
