Aside from the the dirty lobby. Which is the first thing you see (1st impressions are everything). I finally found my favorite chocolate cream filled. Unfortunately it was old, stale and tasteless. So disappointed. I love Dunkin Donuts chocolate cream filled there’s nothing better but, I won’t make that mistake again.

Went here while at walmart around 5:30pm. The floor and tables were disgusting with spills and food everywhere. The two cashiers were nice, but overwhelmed with 3 customers in line. Nothing stocked, boxes stacked. Finally got my coffee and it was straight up NASTY and bitter. It was a mocha that tasted like soap. I threw it away after 2 sips, just to make sure it was nasty.

The bacon is supposed to be maple sugar…it is not… In fact the bacon tastes like they washed it off so it doesn’t even taste like bacon… This Dunkin donuts is in the Walmart where they see hundreds of people in a single day yet Dunkin donuts only ever has 1 worker servicing every customer… Takes forever and I mean forever to even place your order…the coffee never tastes like the flavors they advertise is just massively watered down and massively over sweet… The portions are so small it wouldn’t even feed a small child…Not worth it… Dunkin Donuts You Need You Make Massive Improvements…I will not be going back…

As much as I’m glad it’s finally open, we’re not impressed with it. The “snackin’ bacon” sweet black pepper recipe is not the same as all the rest of the Dunkin’ stores I’ve went to across the east to west coast map last year and this year. There’s no mobile app ordering so you can’t use the app to get reward points etc.
