This was my first time at Pappa Johns and I’m absolutely upset of the service and atmosphere of the place. I ordered online and went to pick up, I was standing at the counter for around 6 minutes. There was only two people working and nobody tried to turn around and help me out until someone else came in. I told the cashier I had an online order and she cuts me off by saying “ she got here first “pointing at the other person. The kitchen was very messy and dirty. There was a fly next to me. There was 3 unattended kids laying down on the floor playing with toys everywhere. Not to mention the pizza was cold and not cooked correctly.

After getting my order after waiting 1.5hrs, my entire order was cold, soggy & under cooked. Was given a credit but worker only put pizza. Spoke with the store manager Tia or Teya, was very unprofessional & rude. Refused to remake my cheese sticks. I see why the store has low ratings with bad service with store manager like that.

Food was OK at best, garlic knots tasted like they sat around a while and were rubbery. Service was not great, had to go in an order since they would not do a phone order with deals, nor deliver to the hotel that is literally next door. It was like I interrupted their personal phone call when I went back in to pick up the food.

I order frequently from Papa John’s. After waiting for my delivery, which took an hour to deliver, I decided to call the manager (she stated she was one of the mgrs),she was very rude! She would not provide her name and didn’t care if I was unhappy. Corporate or owners will hear more. Trust me.

Took two hours to get pizza and chicken poppers delivered. The New York style pizza was worse quality than a frozen store bought. No chicken wings available so I went with the poppers that once again seemed like cheap store bought chicken nuggets. I called looking for my order and was given excuses and told on my next order I could get a discount. Sorry Papa John’s but not again.
