Really as good as it looks! Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had, well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. Get the Honey Hot sauce, it’s slightly spicy and nicely sweet. We stopped through on a rainy and cold day so we got it to go, but there’s a few tables outside if you’d prefer to sit.

LoRell’s honestly has the best chicken wings I’ve been able to find in Portland. They’re not those little baby wings you’ll find at other wing shops around the city. These are Chicago style wings, and you can tell the food is made with love! I’ve been coming back for the past 4 weeks just to have some wings and tenders because I seriously can NOT get enough of these wings. I travel all the way from Tigard to come here and have even taken a bus for it. WORTH IT!

We picked up a 10 piece today and he offered to make them half mild and half hot honey. These are good-sized wings and they tasted amazing! Fries were great too. Even the toasted white bread underneath was tasty. My wife and I will definitely be back

My boyfriend and I were visiting Portland and after seeing all the glowing reviews, we knew we wanted to get LoRell’s for dinner. Throughout the entire car trip, we were nervous that we wouldn’t make it in time since LoRell’s closes at 7pm. We called ahead of time and the owner was so friendly and willing to accommodate us!

Oh man you want some of the best fried chicken you’ve ever had? Look no further. This place freaking rules. I’ve had southern fried chicken my whole life and don’t tell my mom but this is place is truly doing it right. You need it, you deserve it, do yourself a favor or more like a flavor baby!
