Just ordered in the restaurant. Wanted a chicken pot pie and was told they will not have any for 2 weeks. So I got the chicken tender meal with fries and a biscuit and a Dr pepper. My Dr Pepper was horrible. Watered down and uncarbonated. Manager needs to check your co2 and the syrup on your soft drinks more often. I got two different kinds of chicken tenders, one was extremely processed like it was bought at the grocery store in the freezer section, those were gross and didn’t eat them, the other ones were more natural tasting chicken breast with a lighter colored breading. So that was strange…then my French fries were completely soggy and I know that they are normally very crispy and flavorful and tasty. But when you throw hot fries in a box and immediately close it, what do you think is going to happen? I should have just gotten the mashed potatoes…. I patronize this location quite a bit because it’s the closest KFC to me, but from now on I will be going to the Daniels Road location. Thank you.

Rude staff…especially drive thru lady who seemed new……..ordered on app at 1245 pm online yesterday and went at 1 pm..the elderly lady at drive thru said they are waiting for order to show up….25 mins later it was not there per the lady at drive thru….after the 25 mins and me showing the order on the phone she hands me a very cold bag of food and says they only have 1 person working…she closed the window on me when i asked for a manager. The fries looked like they were never cooked and cold….ill take my business to the dillard st. One. I bought from the colonial one 4 times in a week and i am done.

I am a fan. They have the best coleslaw! Great place to pick up your salad if that’s what you said you would bring and just do have the time to make. Really like their chicken but should only eat as a special treat once in a while.
