I ordered the vegan pizza with chicken, mushrooms, and pineapples and what I received was a disaster. The chicken was burned to a crisp and totally not edible. The mushrooms and pineapples were loosely thrown on the and the sauce and cheese was barely present. I honestly believe this pizza was prepared like that deliberately. I have no desire to ever order from this place again.

I got a pizza and a cinnamon roll my pizza barely had any cheese on it and it was very sloppy looking…. The cinnamon roll was hard as a brick I can’t believe I paid 6.50 for a brick of dough if I could give it no stars I would have. I’m so disappointed

OMG wow, Pizza Loko/BDGs Ghicken is so awesome. I visited for DC Veg Restaurant Week and loved it! They are a ghost kitchen—only open for take-out and delivery—located in the Brookland neighborhood. What stood out the most was the pizza. Wow, that was top notch. Fluffy dough, great cheese, flavorful plant-based meats. I was so impressed—this is truly some of the best vegan pizza I have had. They also have wings that I love, mac and cheese that was delicious, and tons of awesome cakes/desserts. Oh, and did I mention they have MOZZERELLA STICKS. Y.U.M.

Idk if this was a mistake but this is their vegan fish and chips which was about $13 after taxes. Big rip off! It was 95% fries! And they no longer sell the vegan drummies, which is the main reason why I even go there. I will no longer be shopping here. Quality is going down. This plus 2 drinks totaled out to about $27! So disappointing

The vegan pizza and the vegan Jamaican patty were the best I’ve had in D.C. I’m not sure what they were using for the fake meat, but there were a lot of different kinds to choose from. The crust on the pizza and patty were outstanding.

this is the best vegan pizza i’ve had; i absolutely love the topping options and that it’s real crust, not flatbread. howeverrrr they are stingy with certain toppings. i feel like they want you to order a number of different ones so you won’t notice, lol. anyways, i’ve started having to order extra cheese and i guess i’ll have to start ordering extra pepperoni… only got four pieces on my “pepperoni pizza”. other than that, i love loko.

We ordered the pepperoni pizza and some garlic rolls, but y’all… there were only 5 pepperonis on the entire pizza what the heck?! This might as well have been “half cheese half pepperoni” but even then this would’ve been considered skimping.

I’ve supported since their inception as a small, black owned, vegan restaurant is a rare combo in DC these days. I love the pepperoni pizza and wings. Make sure you eat the pizza HOT (the taste/texture changes a bit when it cools down), request extra pepperoni, & get the extra butter and ranch with the wings. Pro-tip: drizzle ranch on the pizza. I’ve been vegan for 10 years and this is LITERALLY the best Vegan Pizza, wings and Garlic rolls I’ve ever had! Pizza was SUPER SOFT, fluffy and not dense or tasteless like most vegan pizza spots are. Only thumbs down was the key lime pie unfortunately.
