I stopped this morning for breakfast on my way into work. First of all, a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit and 1 hashbrown came to $8.86. How is this so expensive?! Inflation is one thing, but I think the customers are now paying for the new building. The biscuit was so-so, no better than big t’s or even McDonald’s. The hashbrown was extremely over-done and obviously sat under a heat lamp for way too long. It was hard and dry…..if I wanted a potato chip I’d just buy a bag. I used to love this biscuitville when they were at the old location…but new does not mean better. I won’t be back

They couldn’t get the order straight and then when manager Michael Russel was rude. He didn’t want to give me his name. The final straw was I got home and my order was still wrong. Don’t get more then one order, they aren’t capable!

The prices have gone through the roof but that’s not employees fault. I am tired of the employees being outside to take your order way before the menu. Then they hand you a small menu you can hardly see. Food is ok. Service is great, always very nice.

Last weekend I was charged for an extra fry, didn’t receive it and they also forgot my hash brown. This week I ordered a bacon and cheese biscuit & got a bacon biscuit… no cheese. Receipt says Bacon & Cheese. Don’t feel like it’s that hard to make sure customer orders are correct. We go here every weekend.
