Customer service is horrible. Pulled up to drive thru. Waited 10 minutes. I attempted to get the persons attention by a saying “hello”. After saying so no one answered. I continued around the corner to the window and the woman had a nasty attitude. Looked at me as if I did something wrong. She responded “ I don’t have you order. Of course ma’am because we never exchanged words lol hence me at the window while she takes an order. Insist that I go around again. I refused and proceeded into the dine in area. Waited another 10 minutes. As a cashier is on the phone and patrons waiting. Afterwards finally getting helped they screwed up the order. In short they don’t listen or respond well. Won’t come back.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I went here with a friend for the first time, some did not really know what to order. I ordered the four combo piece for 8$ which I thought would feed both of us, or at least like a little snack. This was a rip off the chicken was really bony and dry, and one of the four peices of chicken was literally 2 inches big and was burnt all the way through. I went to the counter and asked if I could get a different piece of chicken, but the lady at the counter said that is what all of their chicken wings were like. I was flabbergasted and I now know that i will never be going to an el pollo loco again, especially this one. Also the entire restaurant was filled with smoke when we walked in because the person cooking the chicken had smoked the place out to much, even the other workers were making fun of him. The whole experience was very unprofessional.
