Compared to the Dunkin’ near me this place is great. The two Dunkin’s near me are both closed for renovation. So we tried this one. They were overwhelmed but fast and friendly and got the order right. I may just go to this one from now on.

Been to this dunkin a couple months ago and I ordered the snackin bacon. When i got to work the snackin bacon was cold and I called to complain they said that its supposed to be cold when served. I’ve gotten the snackin bacon at different dunkin locations and it was always served hot or fresh. So i decided to give them another chance, I ended up going to this location again and ordered a power breakfast sandwhich. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the turkey sausage with my sandwhich, instead of a turkey sausage I got a piece of food service paper in my sandwhich & a bagel instead of the muffin. I do not recommend this dunkin donuts!

This place is ridiculous I ordered the snacking bacon and got 5 pieces of cold bacon that they put on the sandwiches I asked her doesn’t normally come cold like this she said yes but I can heat it up she heated it up and handed it back to me with a bag full of grease disgusting. What is there to say about Duncan’s. Donuts still fun to eat if there are any left after 3:00. Coffee and other beverages staple income hence firm dropping Donuts from chain over time.

I have been here a couple times and it’s the only DD’s I have seen only men work which I thought was neat. But each time I have gone I have had to wait or be asked to pull up to the front while they make my generic breakfast sandwich and coffee. Yesterday my husband and I stopped in via drive thru and the customer service was a mess. We pull up and are asked “do you know what you want?” My husband asks for a moment. The voice waits a minute before saying “Are you ready yet?” sounding annoyed. We get to the window wait….. finally pay and get out food and drinks. As we pull off my husband sips his frozen coffee and he gags. He has me sip it to see if it’s him and the drink tasted sour! I then grab my hot coffee to get the nasty taste out my mouth for my peppermint mocha coffee to be bitter as well. I asked they make it with oat milk and it seems like they just put syrup in black coffee.
