We had Pim’s Thai food truck Friday evening and it was Delicious. We had crispy chicken/fried rice and shrimp Pad Thai. We also had spring rolls and crab Rangoon. The truck only comes our way every so often so we always try and get down there before they close shop! Definitely worth the try–

Food truck came to our Farmers Market. Sad to report it was the most disappointing Thai food I have ever eaten. Spring rolls were extremely greasy and unappetizing. Boring Pad Thai lacked any flavor. Soggy boba that was not fresh, and the Thai tea didn’t taste right either as it seemed very watered down. I will spend our hard earned money elsewhere.

The food that I received from the take out was definitely not the food I had from the food truck when I had them in Stinson park. I ordered the crispy chicken with rice and was served chicken nuggets dipped in the sauce. Paid $67.00 for chicken nugget for my whole family.

Pims was my go to since they opened. Always delicious, generous proportions and super friendly staff all around. But I am pretty sure new ownership is in place. The last two weeks it has been just flavorless and I have noticed totally new counter help and a new cook plus the prices went up. The food lacked anything resembling Thai flavors. Pad Thai this evening tasted like plain noodles boiled in salted water. I had ordered a spice level 9. There was a small side of chili paste in the box? I guess that’s the new way to serve it? Just so random and lazy. Pims was great for so long! What a bummer it is now. I dont plan on giving them another chance after the last two weeks and would not recommend.
