On Sunday(Father’s Day) 06/18/2023 @ about 9:20pm I placed an order for a combo meal and when I went in first off the place was like immaculately clean and the three employees working that I saw were super super nice and ridiculously friendly without being overbearing by any stretch and my sandwich is amazing and I cannot thank them enough! I was absolutely starving and you guys just made my whole day thank you a million times over, seriously best possible service ever! 100/10 for all of them

Wife and I got off work, went through the drive through around 4:50pm today, the lady working the com is rude as hell, talking over me, grunting into the mic like we was a problem, and hurrying us. After only ordering 1 sandwich for my wife, and being told the total before we were done, i finally yelled at her to check her attitude. I drove up to the window since your employee decided we were done after only a minute at the Com. Get a different job if you don’t like the hospitality industry. We won’t be back.

Completely ignored my order and made whatever they wanted. Ordered a sandwich with sliced wheat, no mayo, received a white hoagie completely saturated in mayo. Into the trash. Won’t go here again

2nd time at Jimmy John’s someone gave me a gift card there so I decided to give them another shot. 1st off this was the 1st time I ever got a cold Cuban sandwich, the bacon was cold, the sandwich lacked flavor. My wife’s sandwich wasn’t made right tasted gross. I’m not sure where the high quality is that they claim on their commercials.

I’m a regular here. The foods good just like any jimmy johns. I’ve worked at multiple j.j’s this one is by far the slowest shop I have ever been to. They consistently are freaky slow. I don’t know how they constantly have 4 car lines and it takes them a half hour to make 4 sandwiches. It’s not the first time I can day on over 10 occasions I’ve found myself waiting triple or quadruple the time I would at any other jimmy johns

Service could be friendlier. Especially if you’re going to have me sign a receipt with a tip line. I always tip, but you should do better in earning it for a couple minutes of your time. I go their regularly, I always say thank you. They don’t.

Ordered ahead #9 no tomatoes or oil liquid stuff and picked up in store. I don’t like the oil stuff cause it pools in the wrapper and drips on me when I’m driving. At the stoplight I open my sandwich and they put tomatoes on it, chuck them out the window. And the wrapper has already began gathering the oil I asked not to put on. I’m not even going to complain about the lack of lettuce on it. My last 3 visits were subpar, if this is the new standard I’m going back to eating subway.
