I Love this place! The staff is so friendly and restaurant is so clean! Bathrooms are always clean and we’ll maintained as well. Prices are good. The romanburger is amazing! Got hooked on these as a child. It was a privilege to get to eat out ,so when we did, it was a roman burger with friend mushrooms. We’ve never lived closed to Mr. Hero, so everytime we’re in town, we stop by and grab some good food that soothes the soul Thank you so much to all the staff as you are greatly appreciated for your hard work and dedication!

It was okay. The ingredients are fresh, but the sandwiches taste a bit bland. It is a healthier choice, though we did get the potato waffers. Those were fresh and hot and well salted, so I highly recommend those! Just maybe ask for a sauce to go with your sandwich because it doesn’t taste like much on it’s own.

As an employee, I love our food and am always happy with seeing such great and positive reviews on our restaurant. However, when it comes to all of our negative ones I completely understand them too. There are other ways to resolve the problems other than leaving a negative review. If you feel like your sandwich was made incorrectly or you feel as though it was not what you expected, give us a call we will definitely fix it or work something out with you. The solution to any of the problems you may have with our store can be fixed with a phone call to us telling us what we need to fix or get better at in order to please the customers. I get the frustration and I am all for helping out the customers!

I Come here often. I Use the same coupon everytime.. New cashier.. I went in today, they want to act funny. They lost my business. I will say that the manager is nice. She knows me, and my order by heart. This was my favorite Mr hero. I said nevermind and the cook comes out of the back and says that’s fine.. fine with me. Plenty of places to eat around town.

Went in to get dinner. While I was waiting for them to take my order a lady brought French fries back because they was wrong. The girl behind the counter gave her the right ones. She then put the returned order back on the hold rack. The same girl then gave the same fries to another customer. That is nasty and illegal. I will be informing the health department on Monday. Owner or management will probably not respond to this comment. They normally don’t respond to bad reviews. I will NEVER eat at this place. I did leave without ordering. This was 11/26/2021 around 6:30 – 7:00 pm. That place is nasty it is not a safe place to eat somewhere else.
