I’ve been coming to Nina’s for about 8 years now and they are by far the best deli in East Meadow. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so friendly and nice. I’m always welcomed with a smile and it is so clear that everyone does a great job. Now you can order from a number of different online ordering platforms as well. I ordered through uber eats and specifically asked for no ketchup on my sandwich. I’m allergic to ketchup and that’s why I asked for no ketchup. This is the second time this happened to me. It’s like they can’t read simple instructions. When I called the store to complain the lady who answered the phone told me to scoop out the bread where the ketchup was………unbelievable!!! And the fact that you said the staff member offered me a refund is a blatant lie!!!! That never happened and the fact that you would lie about it and try to save face shows me how much you guys are full of it. The reason I put no ketchup on the order was because the last time I ordered the same thing and you put ketchup on it. The fact that you can’t read a simple order and you try make excuses shows me why I will never use your deli again.

Delicious sandwiches, helpful staff. The grill was closed when I got there around 2pm so I suggest you get there earlier. Cold cut sandwiches were still available.

Just moved here looking for a Deli who has good meats and knows a real Bacon Egg & cheese sandwich …. 1) something was up with the bacon on Saturday. Yes i get it we ordered at 1230/1ish .. but dont have breakfast open until 130 if you cant promise made to order/fresh… we got sick rest of our day. . 2) asked for scrambled eggs and it was runny, so gross. The half/half wasn’t bad but for $4 should be a much bigger cup and lets not try to forget a straw next time please. 3) Pastrami sandwich – was pretty good, ty for putting dressing on side, felt fresh just needed to br wrapped in tin foil and not paper. I live10 mins away and it was soggy when i unwrapped it a few hours later(stored in a fridge).

Today was our first time there. Everyone inside was very friendly and the food was delicious! I got simple eggs on a roll, it was perfect. My boyfriend got an Italian hero and it was giant and he couldn’t stop raving about it. We also got a brownie and bread pudding which were incredible. So happy to have finally stopped in.
