This place really went downhill fast. This used to be my go to place for a quick healthy meal. I ordered a bowl with chicken a month ago and there were so many gristly pieces it ruined my appetite. Ordered again recently and went with falafel, brown rice, black lentils, and shredded romaine. My bowl was full of cabbage looking greens and the thick end parts of lettuce that should be thrown out. So disappointed I won’t be ordering from here anymore despite there being a great selection of delicious ingredients.

First time there. Walked in and no one working there says anything. Look and smile at three staff members before one actually asks me if she could help. I was there for a pickup order. When I got home, I noticed the ticket said it was made 45 minutes before my scheduled pickup. If you choose to have your food ready at a certain time- why is it made 45 minutes ahead and sitting on the shelf? Definitely not safe for food. And it was all pretty room temperature.

Never a bad experience! The food is great, portions are large. Highly recommend the roasted eggplant dip, braised lamb, roasted corn and the yogurt dill or Greek vinaigrette! The kitchen, serving counter and eating area are always clean and well kept. The staff is always kind and helpful. Even through the pandemic they have maintained positive attitudes.

I really enjoy CAVA in general…really great food! But I was really disappointed with my visit to this location this evening. My wife and I go to CAVA fairly often. I usually get three different sauces on my bowl & we get a cup for water…we don’t like to drink soda or other sugary juices. When I asked for a third sauce, I was told I would be charged extra! I’ve never been told that at any other location. When ordering on the app it doesn’t charge extra either, no matter the location. Additionally, when I asked for two cups for water, she asked what size I wanted and then added over $5 to my bill! When I asked about that, she said they stopped doing courtesy cups for water. What restaurant does that? Needless to say we ate our meals without a drink. It’s the little things that make a difference with where we choose to eat, and the attitude with which the girl at the register spoke to me regarding these items and the fact that this is the store policy for this location are enough that I would choose not to come back to this location. On a side note, the other young ladies who were assembling our meals were very friendly and helpful with our order, which was really appreciated.

I love Cava but this location is terrible. I went to pick up an online order. I was a little early so it wasn’t ready yet. That’s no issue. When they handed me the bag the pita chips were just scattered through the bag. Then when I got to my classroom and started eating the food was cold. The chicken and rice were really cold as well. It tasted as if it had been sitting in the refrigerator for hours. I also started eating it only about 5 minutes after I picked up. Other cava locations are great but this one really needs to get it together.

I ordered for delivery. My dasher was great, no complaints. My complaint is with the bowl I ordered. $25 bucks for not even a half filled bowl. The 3 dips I chose were not included, nor was the free pita. So, $25 bucks for some old, poor quality greens, a pathetic amount of chicken, and unripe avocado (cost extra $$). Come on, get it together, check the order prior to bagging it.

Food is delicious. I’m not very familiar with many of the ingredients but have had 3 different meals, all of which were delicious, not to mention a little healthier than other fast food joints. Staff work hard but a little understaffed considering the traffic. Unique Among the overwhelming choices out there. You won’t be disappointed if you are taking the risk.
