Ordered and got to window to find they didn’t ring up some of the items we ordered so another order had to be created. Get food and the burgers are barely wrapped covered in mustard and just thrown into the bag and they included no napkins. Go inside to get some and decide to order a sweet tea. The guy says that will be $2.19 I hand him $2.20. He stares blankly a few moments then calls for help. Guy comes over and is really rude to other guy about telling him to tell me he gave me the wrong total. Guy tells me it is actually $2.39. No problem. I say give me the .20 back and I hand him another single. They both sigh and roll their eyes at me. I tell him type in I gave you $3 and the register will handle the rest. still not understanding basic math. eventually I get my .61 back .but was treated like I was the problem the entire visit to this McDonalds.

The worst McDonalds experience we have ever had. Shorted us part of our order and when I returned to get it sorted, the manager refused to talk to me, told her employee to tell me I was wrong and she would not fix the mistake. Throughout the exchange, she refused to acknowledge me and was exceptionally rude and gruff with her employees.

So couple days ago we came here (wasn’t busy) someone’s infront of us and I see the window people clearly forgot something because they had to get there attention to get the rest of there stuff, didn’t think anything of it. Our turn now. One of the things i ordered was 2 chocolate milk shakes and they tried giving me 2 chocolate milks. So I told them all fixed. Then they finished and closed the window and I had to wait to get there attention bc they forgot my sons happy meal. So then we leave to only realize they also forgot our soda. And whatever stuff happens so it didn’t really bother me too much. Well we go again tonight and one of the things ordered was was a plain bacon cheeseburger. It definitely came plain lol not even the cheese which was asked for lol. Problem is, there was cheese and pickles and whatever else they put on it which was obviously not right so instead of making a new one they just decide to scrape it all off! And you can see very clear there was cheese and pickles and sauces on it they just chose to take it off. For 1 what about people who are allergic to stuff??? There’s a reason people order stuff a certain way. If they would of just added a new piece of cheese I wouldn’t of known until it was in my mouth. 2. Personally I think that’s just disgusting to make something wrong and just take it back off rather then making a new one. I didn’t realize people are so lazy there. I’d understand if it was busy but that’s why I don’t go there if they’re busy bc literally every timeeeeee they forget or mess something up but yet come to realize even on slow times the same thing is happening.

This place is OK. Folks are nice enough, the actual location isnt top tier nor is it a dump . My only and biggest complaint is the lack of PPE around food. You can tell from the front desk. The kitchen is hot. And those employees running around people’s food some without gloves, no beard net, nor hair net. This always leaves me puzzled. Otherwise just a mickey D’S
