I ordered 10 pizzas to be delivered for a birthday party. I asked if they could bring plates and napkins as they have in the past, they said they would. Pizza arrived but no plates or napkins. I called the store and asked if they could bring them as we had guests waiting while the pizza was getting cold. He said it would take awhile because they had other deliveries which come first before correcting our order. I gave them the address but the man I talked to needed to know everything we ordered to be able to provide the things they promised. Needless to say , I’ve decided it would be easier and faster to go to a store ourselves.

Great Customer Service. I went through the drive-thru and order. When I got home they had forgotten to put my sauce in the box. I called them and within 25 min. had my sauce and fresh bread twist delivered to my door. Now that’s great service.

I ordered some time ago and was disappointed that they didn’t put the amount of cheese and toppings on it that should have been, it was almost a 25 dollar pizza and the first time I ordered from the new dominos in Marshfield Missouri. I will say the crust and marinara sauce were very good but the amount of toppings and cheese were disappointing. Not sure that I will order again if I am not getting what I paid for especially adding extra and getting less. update I ordered again and added several cheeses and other toppings and I swear the amount of cheese was so paper thin I just couldn’t believe it, I also had mentioned this when I picked up the second order thru the drive thru and there was no attempt at good customer service or any for that matter.

Love Marshfield Domino’s ❤️ the service is fast AND prepared right, I’ve had but maybe 1 Mistake? and they fixed it asap! Food is always fresh and delicious. Plus, who doesn’t love that they deliver until midnight? I mean, that’s a big plus in Marshfield right now so please tip your drivers! No less than 10% of your order .. if you can afford to order a 50 dollar meal, don’t be stingy to the people who brought it to you the drivers are always nice too!

Always kind, accommodating, and quick. Sometimes it isn’t perfect (finding a sprinkle of onions on a pizza that wasn’t supposed to have onions etc.), but those things happen. Overall, we utilize their services often enough and we don’t have any complaints.
