This place seems to be hit or miss. With food orders they tend to be a little more on their game and usually are good at fixing any mistakes they’ve made. At this location I’ve got great coffee and quite a few times I’ve got pretty poor coffee. Common trend is to get coffee and have coffee grounds in it, which if your like me – you don’t realize until your 15 miles down the road on the way to work.

The coffee that my husband and I ordered was excellent. However, be wary if you are paying in cash! We bought two coffees totaling a little over $11 and my husband paid with a $50 bill and got $8.13 in change??!

The drive-thru experience while at the speaker box was pretty decent, but the lady that handed out the drink to me didn’t bother to smile, say hi, say thank you. I even said thank you and have a great day, and she let the window shut with her back to me. Everyone I have ever dealt there has always had a welcoming smile, and nice things to say, but that one employee who has a poor attitude shouldn’t be handing out order if she doesn’t at least say thanks for your business.

Caribou is absolutely my favorite. Never bitter any drink that is prepared how you want it hot cold or iced. Superior atmosphere to other coffee places. I love the happy, not elitist, workers. A little trivia question to make you feel smart. Always enough parking, speedy drive through. I wish these would come down to Tennessee.
