Walked in today around 4 and wanted a slice of pizza. the person behind the counter informed me that Lunch was over and that only pies were available. I said OK but needed to look over the menu to decide what else I might want. However, I apparently took too long, and she blurted out “I’m not serving you” and walked away.

Pizza was about average, a little bit on the dry side. (Not much sauce) I did enjoy the flavor combination, along with the crunchiness of the crust. The Caesar salad, was a bit more on the wet side. A little too drenched in dressing for my taste. Willing to give this place another chance.

Before the pandemic, I ate here a lot and enjoyed the food very much, as well as chatting with the woman who worked there. Saw them on DoorDash and wanted to to eat their food again. I ordered the Stromboli. It arrived quickly and packaged well for delivery.

Ordered delivery for the first time. During conversation, asked for credit card information before even telling total amount. When told we wanted to pay in cash it appeared as if that was a problem and I was asked repeatedly ask in regards to leaving a tip. Pizza arrived sloppy. Pretty disappointed

Wasn’t friendly….Pizza looked more like Dough and sauce…wilted salad… Spaghetti was dry! No plastic ware to eat with. $34 was NOT worth it. It looked like a whole in the wall Pizzeria. Never again!

First time here. Couldn’t find customer service in the dictionary. Menu says you must by minimum of two slices if ordering by the slice. I tried to buy two slices as required at $7 and was told I had to buy the whole pizza at $31. When I asked why I couldn’t buy the two slices like the menu said clerk got rude. Not surprised the place was empty and dirty

Want real NY style pizza? This is your place! I have been a regular for over 20 years and this is the only place I trust to get it. I can’t speak on toppings, but if you want good pizza you’ll love it. I’m from New Jersey and it reminds me of the mom & pops places back home. My order is always a couple cheese pies (don’t order a slices as you may not have the same experience.) The cheese is perfect and flavorful and the crust is so good that you can snack on it alone. The owner and staff are wonderful and appreciate old and new customers.

Was waiting for an appointment in the plaza and got lured in by the sign of “Real New York Pizza”…As an appreciator of good quality Pizza not out of a major box Pizza store. Was thoroughly impressed by the specials. And the menu which I was reading on the outside of the building. Was greeted by a woman, “CAN I HELP YOU?”…No good morning no warmth…No nothing. I honestly felt like I was annoying her. Secondly what I found odd…is when I expressed my interest in ordering a slice. She said she only sells “2 at a time”…Felt that odd and out of place. Because in New York you can definitely by 1 at a time. Lol. FR! Nowhere on the menu where was there any indication of this. The pizza…Was thinking crispy, fair amount of cheese(1), and the other the same, a little light on the pepperoni(2) came out fast and in “3 mins” like the pizza maker/woman said it would. Promptly. Pizza wasn’t greasy had a good sauce, and the perfect amount for me…not a paper thin smear…but not abundant. dough was thin and light but crust was a tad dry but not inedible. Looked like a cool local sports bar, with wings, beer and all…But customer service left me feeling odd and not wanting to do business again.

As contrary to what the other reviews have stated, I have been coming to this pizza joint for quite a while and I have never experienced any of the events other people have stated. The people who work there are very polite and respectful. Apart of the positive additudes they serve very delicious food. My personal favorite is the supreme/combo pizza. If you want authentic new York pizza this is the place to go!

Only thing New York Pizza about this place, is the size of the slices of pizza. Big New York-style slices agreed! The dream ends there! Toppings, (sausage in my case), tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese….EVERYTHING was MINIMAL at best!!! It was like the guy spreading the toppings was running out at 1:30 PM and was NOT willing to run out of toppings before closing time. DEFINETLY NOT THE NEW YORK-STYLE PIZZA WAY! I know, I’m from New Jersey and worked in NEW YORK over 10 YEARS!! Sir, you need to go back and revisit your craft, IF you want to continue calling YOURSELF New York Pizzeria! I DID EAT, BUT LEFT VERY – DISAPPOINTED!
