The pizza (like usual) was good as were the brownies, but, when I called to place the order I got a woman who sounded like she wasn’t in Domino’s or Washington? It took forever to order ( I had to give my address twice, zip code 4 times and my name several times) the last time I ordered it was not like that at all. I mean I’ve worked in the food industry most of my life and I have never seen this! I order because I like your pizza best and it’s a local business ( I know, you are located in other places) so I liked the ordering from the workers, it felt more personal.

The last order we did with Domino’s took a bit longer than expected to arrive but everything was still delicious so we didn’t complain, a few days later though we received a super kind note from the store manager, Alex Sweet, apologizing for the late delivery & he even gave us a coupon for a free pizza! I am beyond impressed with their customer care & because he went that extra step to make things right we feel even more encouraged to order again in the future as well as recommend this location to others. Added to the order a 2-liter sprite. They didn’t add it even though I paid the delivery the price for it, which was taken as tips. Very disappointed. Called the store. And they were like we can give sprite for free next time you order. And I am living in the hotel just for two nights. Cannot have pizza once again in just two days.

They try so I give 5 stars. I ordered just wings on a Monday night at 630 and waited until 750pm to get my order. Pizza hut was closed so Dominos was extremely busy. For my trouble they gave me 3 free pizzas whenever I want them.

Love the pizza and bread. Everytime I order, they never cute the pizza all the way through. Extra cheese isn’t really worth it since it’s practically the same amount just only a little in the middle and I do mean a little amount. Besides that’s very good :))

I see too many petty people on Wenatchee reviews complaining over simple mistakes acting like their 1 star is worse than a prison sentence (Talking to you, Bojangle. Loosen up). Very nice staff, I come from Chelan at least once a month and it’s nice that I’m greeted with a genuine smile every time I pick up from here. 6 stars if I could <3
