My family is from NY and this is the best pizza in Wichita. However we will never go there again. It is way too expensive for even just a plain cheese pizza slice. We go often and get two slices of cheese for $7. The last time we went it came to $10 because they said they were out of the neo slice. There was nothing different between the slices we always get. Paying $7 for two cheese slices is expensive enough, I will never pay $10.

If i could give zero stars i would. My family and i ordered their large pizza combo that comes with 6 breadsticks and a large drink. We were told 15 minutes for our pizza. Our drink was completely flat, so i went to let the lady know. She was rude. After 10 minutes she came back and gave me another pop. Still flat. Meanwhile 2 other people came up with same complaints. Asked for a refund on the pop and she said “all i have is quarters” and handed me my change. She told me that a cup of ice water was $.50 each and on my receipt, she charged me for 3 sides of ranch. I watched someone after me come up and i specifically watched to see if she charged the next person for her ice water and she did not. After 40 minutes and multiple times of asking, we get our pizza. We ask for our garlic bread that came with our meal and she said sorry, we don’t have any ready. Would you like mozzarella sticks? Ummm no. I want what i ordered. She then went on to say 5 minutes and she could have them ready. 20 minutes later we got our breadsticks. We asked for some type of a refund or something for all of the trouble and she declined. Offered to give us $2 back if we didn’t want the breadsticks. Overall- worst customer service ever. Won’t be back, which is quite a shame bc we come frequently. Oh well. their loss. Food is usually cold and isn’t that great anyways.

This pizza place is very unsanitary! They use only one spatula to scoop up the slices and they lay other pizza slices on top of other pizzas. Now this doesn’t sound like a big deal, but I’m very allergic to pineapple and I wanted a slice of cheese pizza. The worker grabbed the pineapple pizza and forgot a plate so he stuck the pineapple right in the middle of the cheese pizza. Then when I told the manager I couldn’t eat it he said “we can just wash the spatula”. If I consume the slightest bit of pineapple I go into anaphylactic shock so NO THANKS. It’s already disturbing enough that they only have one spatula to pick up all the different pizzas. If your vegan or vegetarian there is no guarantee that your pizza won’t have meat juices on it whether it be from the placing the pizza on top or using the spatula on meat pizza. Not sure what the slicing meathod is either but I’m genuinely concerned for people with allergies like my self and meal restrictions.

We had lunch catered into work and it was nasty. The salad was good, the dressing was a little watered down. The baked ziti was so nasty, zero flavor and it was very cold. The best part was the chocolate chip cookies. I’m not sure but i think our drug rep got shafted on the bread. we had 4 pans of ziti and two of cookies and no bread, at least the bread might have been good.

We went to the one in the Towne East mall. We ordered a slice of pizza & two things of the macaroni. Both were over priced. We had to wait for the macaroni, so you would think that it would be hot, but it was cold. There was milk in it & the shredded cheese wasn’t melted. We took it back. They obviously didn’t even heat it up. The pizza was just ok.

Pay attention to the prices and what your are being charged. Ordered a kids meal that said it should come with pizza, chips or cookie, and a drink for 5.60. Tried charging over $8 because she said it didn’t include a drink. When asked about it she said well they haven’t changed the sign but this is what it is. My husband told her that isn’t right and she changed and said we will do it THIS time. Poor customer service.
