She was not only patient but extremely understanding and made me feel at ease with asking for my money back. Would review 0 stars if possible. Asked for extra sauce on the pizza, willing to pay for it. Employees refuse because they don’t want to. They have done it in the past but don’t like doing it because it takes more effort. Horribly run. Tried to talk with the manager about it and was threatened!

I live in Fond du Lac and my daughter is in school in Madison. She was having a rough night…Pizza Hut is her favorite pizza so I wanted to cheer her up. I ordered from this location and just simply put a special request at the end of my order asking them to help my daughter smile. Not only did they deliver the pizza perfectly but the message that was on the box definitely brought back her smile!

Pizza Hut is the only place I ever eat pizza from. Their bread is just so light and deliciously perfect, and the crust flavors make it even better! I always build my own with BBQ base, chicken, bacon, onions and sometimes spinach. Disappointed that they took salami out if the options though.

What a joke. We just had a baby and ordered food to the hospital. The food arrived fairly quickly, but that’s about the only good thing I can say. We ordered a large pizza, breadsticks, and a pasta. The toppings on the pizza were pitifully sparse, the store didn’t bother to include any plates, napkins, a fork, or sauce with our breadsticks, and when I called to have the issue rectified, a half hour before closing, no one bothered to answer the phone. 100% would not order from this location again.
