The El Basha restaurants have grown throughout the greater Worcester region with locations now in Worcester, Westborough, and Sudbury. As the brothers have grown the business, they continue to work on expanding the menu to include plates from other cultures, such as American Steak and Seafood.
The word El Basha, meaning sage or seer, is a tribute to their mother. While it is fair to say that being in business since 1991 has made their mother proud, they put their efforts into making the restaurants be the best experience for every guest.

The only only reason i am giving 4 stars it is for the long wait to be seated , to be served, and for ordering a prosecco in the bottle because it is on the menu, and be served by the glass one by one… I saw other people with bottles on the table and I was served in a glass! And took a long time for someone come back to the table to collect the bill… but the food is great!

Nice restaurant for going out in Sudbury. Had the Lebanese meal for two, included appetizers, salad and a large mixed grill plate. Babaganoush and grape leaves were delicious, hummus was average. Mixed grill platter had lots of variety and meat was cooked just right. Good ambience, left stuffed, would return.

Good service and very good Lebanese food. Most entrées are somewhat large. The pumpkin kibee was perfect as a light supper. The decor is tasteful. My only complaints are that TV over the bar seems out of place in the atmosphere and price point.

The best middle eastern food anywhere! Excellent quality ingredients, always outstanding. I’m middle eastern so grew up eating this food – el Basha’s food is just as good as Mom’s (sometimes better ;-). Nice atmosphere (don’t think fast food because it’s in a strip mall), great service! Always an excellent experience.
