I placed an online order to pick up on my way home from work, which is a good 30 min drive from my house in traffic. I pick up my order, and they normally stack the pizzas so you can carry them out. When I came home I realized my online order of 1/2 Hawaiian & Half Pepperoni was made all Hawaiian. The pizza was sloppily made, and the toppings were skimpy. Papa Murphy’s is my favorite pizza place and I’ve ordered from many locations and never had any issues. I will never order from this location again.

This Friday family dinner we chose to stay in and have pizza and movie night. We used DoorDash to get our Papa Murphy’s and were very satisfied with our driver’s polite and professional attitude, pizza came perfectly intact. We ordered a family stuffed Chicago and family pepperoni with garlic sauce. Papa Murphy’s never fails and is very good for the price, we also always have side salad which we cut up at home. We also bought some mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers from Smart and Final to cook in our fryer at home.

I scheduled my order in the morning for pickup in the evening. when got home i noticed the dough looked a little puffy. Made pizza and it tasted horrible. Like it had been sitting out on the shelve all day. I don’t know how early it was made but it was definitely not refrigerated. I thought they made it when it was close for pickup time, i didn’t know it was made when ordered. Never scheduling a future order again.

Horrible customer service from the girl working tonight on 12/5/2022 at7:45 pm. NEVER once greeted us and when we finally said we were ready she said in a minute. When she finally went to the register she just stood there and when I said are you ready? She said what kind of pizza you want. We asked for her name and she said I ain’t giving you Mt name. I left without any food … rather be waited on by someone who has customer service skills. Mind you, I’ve been in the field for 25 years. This is why we don’t come to this side of town. Definitely will be getting in touch with someone higher than the manager, because she did nothing as well. Do not recommend at all!

Employees here are terrible they take so long to make pizza’s that they don’t have to cook! Other pizza places I understand but they have to cook it for you. When a take and bake pizza takes longer to make than pizza hut takes,( mind you they prepare it, cookit, box it, etc), then you guys have issues. Also employees are rude and don’t even know the items on the menu.

1 star because the employees at this location are Sooooo RUDE! They used the wrong cheese so I called and asked to have a new one with NON DAIRY cheese made and the girls working had an attitude like no other. She was snappy, out right rude and I tried my best to be nice. The manager and owner should be ASHAMED that they allow their employees to act this way.
