The big girl behind the counter “Shelly” needs to go. The young sweet girl working with her seemed to be unsure of what was going in a drink she was preparing and the fat “Shelly” girl started screaming “MOCHA” along with “I mean god can I say it any slower?” As she laughed at this poor girl. I have been here many times and in this specific incident FOUR customers walked out and decided not to purchase anything because “Shelly” was screaming at this poor girl and being rude. I’d recommend she be tossed out with the trash unless you want to keep losing sales. I can only imagine how the rest of this shift will play out, I was in there for all of 2 minutes. I would advise you to check your camera, I was a few minutes after 12 pm today May 22, 2023.

This is my favorite Dunkin! The people are cheerful, orders accurate & complete (no missing items). This location offers the full array of “real food” like cream (not just milk for in our coffee) their sandwiches are made fresh and their drinks are always spot-on. Everytime I go I tell myself that it is the last time. It is a highly convenient location for me but it has been a circus the last few months with incredibly long wait times. It is seemingly not due to staffing shortages as there always seems to be an excess of workers. Also, please don’t train people at peak hours. Trial by fire is inappropriate in this circumstance. My order is consistently wrong. It’s just too much. I am shocked there are positive reviews from recent months. People have been unhappy and it’s been tense.

I’ve probably gone to this Dunkin consistently for as long as I’ve lived in Enfield 10+ years. At one point, everyone even knew my name when I pulled up to order, regardless, if I had the on the go or not. Despite this, lately, the staff seems very slow to react and doesn’t handle customers in a timely fashion. Multiple times I have left the drive-through lane because of excessive wait times, and needlessly long wait times. In fact, on my most recent trip, I was the only person in line and the store was empty but I was still told that I needed to wait. I understand everybody has things to do other than take orders, but your orders are the only way you’re making money.

Bathroom available. Clean all throughout store, staff was amazing. Went in store, multiple reasons but main was couldn’t really get truck in drive thru, prefer going inside anyway. Got a donut, and blue raspberry punch; too much sugar in the long run, but I made that choice. Fast service.
