The restaurant I wanted to eat at was closed. I headed to my next destination with the hope to find a restaurant on my way. Stopped at the red light, I spotted this sandwich shop. I decided to get a sandwich, even though I am not a fan of sandwiches. This little sandwich shop is very clean and has different types of chips, snacks, drinks. In addition to sandwiches, they also have pizzas. I made a mistake ordering the pizzas. It was thin and they sprinkled some dried herbs and cheese on my cheese pizza. I was expecting a cheese pizza with nothing sprinkled on top. If I had known, I would have skipped it. The small cheese pizza was inexpensive. I also bought 2 large bags of chips. I recommend avoiding the pizzas. They do not have restrooms for the customers. You will need to go to Turkey Hill, the gas station across the street. One of my dogs liked the cheese on my pizza.

Not sure how but they make an italian taste like heaven. The bread is always fresh. Old school hard rolls and soft rolls. Plenty of meat and toppings. Perfect blend of meat, toppings and oil/vinegar, make for the perfect sandwich. Love the simplicity of the shops. No frills just great sandwiches and sides. Mohnton location has seating outside for those looking for a place to eat their superb sandwich.

Was driving through town to visit a friend and stopped here for a quick sandwich. Walked in and the light were barely on. It was dark inside and placed and order and the 2 women behind the counter were flat out rude!!! A younger girl wirk black hair had a horrible attitude like I was inconvenience her by ordering. They asked if I wanted butter on my sandwich and I politely declined and a older women maybe the owner looked at me and said it’s a Berks thing! Ok fine I’ll try it! She was very rude! Needless to say the sandwich wasn’t even good! Only finished half. Won’t return.
