Great pizza, cooked at home. There were lots of toppings on my Papa’s meat pizza. It was made to order and was delicious after I got home and cooked it for 14 minutes. It even comes on a tray you put in the oven for cooking!

We usually live going to Papa Murphy’s because it’s one of the few places that offers vegan cheese (the Violife shredded mozzarella and parmesan that actually melts well). This experience was really bad with having to wait 20 minutes past arriving after placing an online order. The person at checkout questioned whether my military ID was authentic and then smirked when he read, “Retired” on it. On top of that disrespectful behavior, he also sent someone else’s pizza with us, and we had to drive all the way back to switch them out. We will probably not be returning to that Papa Murphy’s.

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza. Excellent pizza! The elderly gentleman at the cash register did a great job! BUT!!! The tall bald guy, as stated in past reviews, has made my decision to not go back. He is so rude to his employees. I don’t know how anyone can work there! I felt so sorry for the young lady working next to him! He is a very unhappy individual!!

The food is great but the service provided by the younger store manager is horrible. For whatever reason he displays a poor attitude and is extremely rude to individuals as they came into the store. I been here a number of times and let my opinions be over shadowed due to the older store manager and the hard working employees but my last experience this time with this individual shown he was a poor professional and needs training with his customer service.
