Very good hoagies/subs! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a filling meal. I always get the taco hoagie, either with jalapeno or yellow peppers! Just enough sandwich to make you full and satisfied and you wont go broke

Delicious hoagies! My go to place when in the North Apollo / Apollo area. They are everything I remember from my childhood. Fresh and quality ingredients makes for a tasty sandwich. Highly recommend the Small Regular.

I’ve been going here for 20+years and absolutely love there hoagies. Today though, called in an order and got there early, as I was sitting in my truck waiting, the guy that trims there grass decided to shoot gravel all over the side of my truck(unknowing of me still sitting inside) it sounded like gunshots!!!!!!! Idk if it was the owner or simply a worker but when I jumped out to tell him, his response was “sorry I didn’t know you were in there” and ran behind the building. To all who go, BEWARE! Because of this I will not not be back.

The Hoagie Shop is must visit classic staple of the area. Simple well executed menu that leaves nothing to be desired in my opinion. My wife and kid love the meatballs but for me the Italian with everything is way to go. You won’t regret stopping here, everytime I’m in town I always order double so I have some the next day too.

Was very disappointed with the Taco salad. Barely any meat was mostly lettuce. I got a tuna hoagie also and there wasn’t enough tuna for the whole bun. Was very disappointed. The prices go up and the portions get a lot smaller!!!!!

I’m giving 4 stars based on past experiences, not my most recent. The prices are still good. But the amounts of cheese and tomato on my most recent were very disappointing. In fact one of our hoagies had no cheese at all. I will give it another try to see if this was a random bad experience.

The best hoagie you will ever find. Sincere attention to only the freshest, ripest vegetables. Exemplary meats, and service to match. For the last 30 years, every time I visit the area, I must return for “The Original”. I am always so happy when I get exactly what I remembered and expected. The Best Hoagie Anywhere!
