It’s obvious these folks hate their jobs. Rude to start, rude to finish. Hash browns tasted reheated and were mushy and beat up. The tortilla on the wrap had crunchy edges with the cheese pouring out one side…y’all need Jesus.

I’m currently just standing here being ignored and my cup is sitting on a table in view and no one is working on it….. every time I come here they are rude to me and make me wait longer than I should. I have brought my issues up to management and they seem like they don’t care I once had what I assumed was management email me and when I emailed back my concerns I received nothing back even after multiple emails

Unfortionitly I have to change my 5 star down to a 2 star. Since new management took over, service and quality have gone far down hill. I go to this dunkin daily, will be switching to another dunkin if it continues.

If you don’t specifically say you want a hot breakfast sandwich you get cold egg, cheese and bacon on the stalest croissant. The owner should be ashamed. I was waiting at the counter when apparently a favorite came in and just walked up to the to go spot and said she wasn’t going to place her order until she knew the machine(?) Was working. The employee told her it was then made her order…like, I was here first? Waiting? Seriously? I wish I had just left like the guy behind me did.
