The food is wonderful and the wait time is about five minutes between orders. You have the choice of drive threw or walk up . The people are very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend a stop for a killer potato and some really good Cole slaw.

It sure was nice and easy getting dinner from them tonight. Lately we’ve had so much trouble from getting the wrong order or flat out not getting anything we asked for. Going there it was nice to be treated so well and the food is really good thank u for it.

Asked for my sour cream on the side, since I’d be having it later. And forget about asking for extra cheese, cause the cheese that comes on it is non existent. 1+1= 1. In East Ridge anyway. Too bad, pork is good.

I have not eaten at every BBQ place in Chattanooga, but out of the ones I have, this is by far the best BBQ I have had since leaving TX. The sauce is delicious. Even the French fries are great, but I recommend the potato salad. My only complaint is that they aren’t open later.

Ordered their beef plate, and it had fantastic slaw since it was not overly drowned in sugar. Their pulled beef is stringy and not very smokey; which makes it tough and not very BBQish. A bit dissapointing though. Maybe their smoked chicken will be hopeful.

Asked for 2 chili and slaw hot dogs only nothing else, they asked if wanted mustard, said no. What I got was 2 hot dogs each one crammed into a hamburger container, loaded with mustard and the chili and slaw were put in the container as after thoughts with no attempt to put it in the dogs. Ordered from here many times with great results, terribly disappointed.
