First time eating here. The chicken fried steak was fork tender and tasted good enough. My wife had the Rueben and said it was good. All in all, we’ve had better and worse, and I would likely eat here again if I was in town.

Great atmosphere and the service was excellent! I ordered a Reuben and it was one of the better ones I have had. My wife ordered their summer salad which was excellent. We finished lunch with a piece of Hawaiian pie, fresh and tasty!.

Found this place by chance, it’s off highway 75 a couple of blocks, we were amazed at the flavor of the food and really small town service. They have a bar too, but it’s not a bar like food it’s a restaurant that serves anywhere from steak to salad and soups.

If you are looking for a great cozy little bar with good food and service, this is your place. We were driving back from Topeka to Omaha looking for bite and was recommended Boomers. We the burgers and sweet potato fries. Very good. Had the onion chips as an appetizer to help wash a couple drinks down. Solid place. Recommended off of Hwy 75 anytime you are remotely looking.

Pork Tenderloin Sandwich had so much breading it was hard to taste meat. Potato chips were nearly burned, rock hard and no salt. Lesson learned. My friend really liked the SW Salad though.

This is another good place to eat anything from steaks to burgers. It’s all good. Service is fun and good. I tried their chille. Man was it spicy, it lit a fire on the tongue, so if you are in to the spicy foods. Try their chille.
