In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We ordered on the app, and it was pretty simple. I ordered the Checker’s Meal Deal, which comes with a Checkerburger, fries, an 8-piece chicken bites, and a drink. I also ordered a 4-piece side of fry-seasoned monsterella stix because I was interested in trying them. There are two drive-throughs, and one was marked for mobile orders only, so we went to that one. We pulled up to the window and informed the worker that we had an order through the app, and it took them a while to find it. It took about 5 minutes for the food to come out, but I did not mind that at all. The food felt hot and fresh. The worker was really nice after the confusion of the mobile order was cleared up. There were no issues with my order, also. The food was good, and I thought that prices were very reasonable. I would definitely come back to this location again.

I loved it! On a solo road trip and stopped here on my way back home. The staff was very nice and friendly. And fast. I was gonna eat while driving but the atmosphere and great service changed my mind. I sat at a table to eat and so peaceful. Clean. Light breeze made it perfect too. It was what I needed. The food was fresh and really tasty. The downside was walking up to the order window with 5 workers inside only one car in the drive thru and had to knock and then wait another 5 mins to get anyone to acknowledge I was even there. Once he did open the window I said good afternoon and the kid didn’t even respond, I aced my order to then wait another 15-20 mins for my burger fry and drink. The whole team needs training and a little redirection. Food was a 10 though!

If you are in a hurry, I advise you do not attempt the drive thru as I was in this line for @ least 12 minutes I would say give or take a minute or 2 with only one vehicle in front of me. The 2 people behind me literally shut there ignitions off! On the good note the prices were fare and my fries were very hot and fresh. Cheeseburger was an ok. Customer service was neither great nor bad. However I did see an additional line was for online and delivery pickup only so maybe I will try that next time an post an update if anything changes.

So a year ago today my fiancé came to to Clayton to go to the drive ins. We stayed in the hotel right next to checkers. Today we are driving around took a wrong turn and ended up where we were a year ago today I thought that was pretty cool but anyway love there burgers and there fries and the price was good also
