We ordered 3 subs online and went in to pick them up. In the order, I unchecked onions, but two of ours had them. It was really disappointing as this is the first time I’ve had Firehouse in probably 12 years. We could have been allergic and it’s frustrating that our order wasn’t handled properly.

Excellent toasted savory meatball sub with hot stringy, melted provolone cheese and rich classic marinara sauce. Very filling with an added surprise…a crunchy and tart dill pickle on the side. What could be better? I’ll tell you…order another one to find out. You won’t be disappointed!!! 5 stars out of 5 without a doubt.

It has gotten way too expensive for a sub shop. I spent 80 dollars for 4 meals which included 4 12 inch subs, 4 chips, 4 medium drinks and a tip. I ate out at Chili’s last weekend for 4 people and spent 65 for 4 meals with sides.

Welcome to me when I came in the store, took our order and made our sandwiches efficiently. As always, they tasted tasty and we’re exactly what we ordered. It was very slow we went in, but we got full attention from the staff. Only negative thing I could say is I did not get napkins with my two subs.
