It’s Zio Johno’s under a new name… who knows why? I sure don’t The call I had when ordering was rude and I literally hung up the phone on them because I AM BUYING; THEY ARE SELLING… at least that’s how it is supposed to work. I have ordered ZIO JOHNO’s all my life, even as a kid remember eating it. I WILL NOT order from this location. The staff was rude; they act like they are high class and the fact of the matter is its spaghetti in a freaking bucket. YOU ARE NOT AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT. You are a fast food joint pretending to be fancy… NOT WORTH IT. If you want spaghetti; walk to your nearest grocery store buy some noodles and marinara sauce, spend 6 dollars and you have the same garbage they sell for 20 dollars an order…

Placed order for carryout at the restaurant. Staff was super friendly, recommended deals. The food was hot and fresh. The Gondolas are so darn good, if you have never had one your missing out!

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. The food here has declined a lot but tonight was the worst I’ve ever had from here. Ordered 1/2 gallon of spaghetti with meat sauce and 1/2 gallon of cheese ravioli with marinara and 2 loaves of garlic bread. The meat sauce had zero flavor. It didn’t have that signature taste that we all know. The marinara sauce was even more disappointing. It’s basically onion and tomato juice. I had a pile of onions left on my plate that I had picked out of the sauce. The pastas themselves were good but it’s the sauces that make or break it. The bread was okay but it’s not like it used to be either. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location anymore. I’ll go clear out to Marion from now on.

Messed up my order in multiple ways. Requested to sauce sub fettuccini Alfredo (paid extra) and got a tub of plain noodles. Also request no lettuce on sub and got lettuce. Called in to the store and the young lady offered no help, and talked to me as if I was stupid.

The service was excellent. Order was delivered quickly and was hot. Large servings got to take some home. Everything ordered was so delicious. The onion rings are the best I’ve ever had, so crispy. Reasonably priced for amount of food you get. Definitely recommend!

It use to be called Zio Johno’s but they’ve changed it to Via Sofia’s. Well what ever they decide to call them selves, the recipes don’t seem like they’ve changed so they’re still just as good. It’s a casual dark lit space which is surprising to me since they’ve got some big windows for natural lighting. The walls are decorated with cool art you can admire while you eat, at least I assume. Personally I’ve never dined in before, I always take it to go. I live bout 10 minutes away from Via’s so I’m very happy when the food is still hot. Good job with keeping the food hot. Almost every time I go, I just get their spaghetti or tortellini with garlic bread. Their sauce is very flavourful and combined with the garlic bread, yuumm! The sauce and bread both have this satisfying sweetness that just makes every bite pop. Unfortunately, ounce in a while I’ll get bread that was probably left over from the night before so it can be a bit tough. Overall great place for Italian with great service that is helpful and fast.

Girlfriend tried calling multiple times to place an order. Problem was their phone was off the hook. More than 20 minutes as she tried calling multiple times. Than when she finally pulls up to place the order, all the employees where all chilling out front like they weren’t at work. She literally walked into the store by herself, than was followed by an employee. Sadly this will be the last time we go here or Zio John’s as they are sister company’s. Super unfortunate an will let people know our experience as well.

I ordered $80 in food via Grub Hub. The order that was delivered was not even close to what I’d actually ordered. I sent it all back with the delivery person. I called and was told that I had to take it up with Grub Hub. I was #314 in line at the Grub hub website. So I called Via again. After all, they were paid for my order and I got nothing. The “manager” I spoke with took no responsibility at all for the error. After all, who handed the order to the delivery person? Bottom line…I’m out $80 and passing the buck to someone else doesn’t sit well with me. As a local restaurant, you’d think they would try to do better. I sent my company home with empty stomachs.

The alfredo was INCREDIBLY bland. I’ve made vegan alfredo that has more flavor. I’m very disappointed but was honestly too tired and lazy to return my order. Definitely needs so many more spices. The cake was delicious though

I wanna like them more, but I just didn’t like the chalky or like, sand like texture of the Alfredo sauce,it happens alot of places, one thing that I loved was their fried zucchini because it was actually sliced discs, they were pretty fresh juicy warm and the outside batter was crunchy. but inside the restaurant it is very chill and cute I bet there are more good food items, they even have a little ice cream bar, which I adored
