I have been to the Allen Rd store 4 times in the last 3 weeks. I thought maybe it was a bad day for the staff or maybe a different person would be better. But nothing has changed. Still the same horrible service, attitude, and I don’t think customers should be hearing one employee telling the other employee “I’m just trying to help you keep your job”. Sadly I’ve been to other stores and don’t have any issues. Example Winterville store is always polite and great food. I’m not sure if it’s management and employees that has allowed the Allen rd store to go down or what but I hope it is changed soon. I may be just going elsewhere.

We ordered 3 nibblers in the drive thru and when we got them one of them looked like the bread had been bitten. We were able to have our food prepared again with better result but I assume because it was close to closing time, staff was notably not happy about it. There were also several people told to pull up and wait for their food from the drive thru so I guess they were much busier than they expected that close up closing.

Zaxbys need to stop playing and not bother using those convex lids anymore because their salad never rises above that little small black bowl……. I mean I know everything costs more but how much is blasted lettuce? I can actually count six chunks of grilled chicken! It is really pitiful for almost $10!!

I love zaxbys and this one is no exception the only thing I really don’t like is how stingey they are with the fries this is one of the most expensive fast food places you can go to and for them to be giving you very small portion of fires even when you ask for double fires is kinda ridiculous sometimes they exaggerate with how little fries they give you but atleast the food is always good ps. night shift makes their sweet tea 10x better then day shift, day shift get like night shift put a lil more sugar in that tea

I liked this Zaxbys because to me, the food tastes better. I had an American Express gift card. When presented to the cashier, I was told there was no money on the card which there was. I had to return the food and drive away. Contacted manager later. Was told it was probably a trainee or I was suppose to tell the person how much was on the card! Ridiculous! I’ve never done that before. I won’t be going back!
