Filthy tables and floors. Staff need to speak just a little better English. I had an issue with my order which woukd have been a quick 2 second fix but took 20 minutes by the time all was said and done. This was mainly due in part to the language barrier and to the staff: just because you can’t speak the language doesn’t mean it’s funny.

Great cashier. The other lady called my number, I walk up but then she put my order where I can’t reach it…then ignores me. If I wasn’t so hungry, it would have been funny. She didn’t do that with anyone else’s food. Just mine. The cashier was great though. There’s more customers than there are tables usually… they’ve lost my business many times because of this.

The cashier was not the friendliest person I’ve ever come across. The tables near by McDonald’s were dirty and not sanitize when customers sat down. The only positive factor was is the caramel sundae was pretty good

Oh no. Avoid at all cost. Unless maybe you’re staying at Sam’s Town and you have absolutely other choice. But even then? Good luck. (Bad service, “out of” multiple items, dirty kitchen & dining area, higher prices than most McDonalds, ambivalent (at best) management.) And whatever you do, don’t try to get a shake (maybe even a Shamrock Shake, as shown on the big TVs behind the registers, the lobby poster, and the sign hanging literally I’ve your head when you order) after 9:35 pm, because they’ve already closed down the machine. And the manager doesn’t care.

I went to get a breakfast meal with a coke. The meal is $5.99. The meal includes a hash brown and a drink. They said that if I wanted a coke, there would be an up-charge, so my total was $8. My issue is that a coffee is $2.09 and a soft drink is $1.69. Why would they charge me so much for not having coffee?

So last night in 2/25/2022 I went through the drive thru where the cashier Alex was rude and threw my change at me. All he did was look out the window said “oh” and then closed the window back. He did not apologize for his doing. When going to the next window I asked for the manager. His name was Greg, after telling him what happened he just said ok and walked away. I called their corporate office the next morning and submitted a complaint due to this isn’t the first time that their Caucasian worker’s was rude and mean to other people of different races. I will never visit this location again!!
