Perfection. My goodness, this place is literally a “hole in the wall”. The tiniest restaurant I have ever been in. What they lack in size they make up for with their heart and soul, and you will taste that. Cooked to order with love and care. You may wait a minute, but it is so worth it. exceptional. P.S. You probably will be full on a half sandwich, but order the whole just for the amazing leftovers you will need to hide from your family.

I arrived at 10:40. The place doesn’t open until 11:00. Right at 11, I tried to open the door but it was locked. She came out 3 minutes later and said she was still prepping & it would be 10-20 minutes and she would come get me. 18 minutes later, another customer walked in so i got out my vehicle and walked in. She was still prepping but she took the other customers order before me even though I was there waiting before it even opened. You don’t do that. I don’t care how good the food is, you just lost a customer. I cook /Bake also & I will either go somewhere else or just make my own.

Here’s my honest opinion it was OK enough. The steak used is different not what we are use to and we are from South Philly. My steak had a little too much pepper and my husband steak had the hot peppers and stuff but wasn’t chopped enough they were big. Asked for extra cheese and there was barely any cheese had to add cheese to it and ketchup. Again it was okay and edible but not something we would order again. But kudos on your effort

Great Cheese Steak. It was my first time there the sweet lady explained their menu to me in full detail. I got a 6 inch cheese steak with ketchup, onions, green peppers and provolone cheese. All I can say is great steak. Better than Charlie’s on ft stewart for sure. I also got a complimentary lemonade since I told them it was my first there. They are also Soldier friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good cheese steak.

If you’ve never had an authentic Philly cheese steak… here’s your chance! This is not your Arby’s, or McAlister’s, or local sub shop’s best imitation of a cheese steak. This is the REAL DEAL! From the Whiz to the peppers, this is the ONLY cheese steak I’ve ever had in Hinesville that is made exactly the way they make them in Philadelphia. Service is top notch. Holly cow !!!! First off, I hardly ever leave a 5 star review because usually when I order deliver my food is never prepared the way I ordered it. This is my first time ordering from this establishment and I must say, I was impressed I ordered a whole Philly cheese steak with extra provolone, sauted onions, jalapenos and extra extra mushroom. I also asked for mayo on the sandwich. It was delivered hot and It was absolutely amazing, best sandwich I’ve ever had. I was only able to eat half of it because they are not stingy with the meat or extras. Very flavorful and delicious. This will be my go to sub shop from here on out.

Visit was 7 October 2022 for dinner. The reviews were good and they did not disappoint. The establishment is located outside the front gate of Ft Stewart. Since we are from Philly, we were skeptical. We talked to the two owners after we ordered and found out Philly was what we had in common. They also get their meat from the Northeast as well which makes the difference. The hoagie rolls are from North and hoagies are made to same standards we are used to. If back in this area and craving a taste of home, I will stop back. I’m sure my son will stop back since that is where he is now stationed. Keep up the great standards of home.
