I stopped by to pick up an order for a co worker and they were extremely busy. It makes sense since their incredible pizza is such a good price. Anyways, Adam was working the front counter and he handled customers with the highest degree of customer service I have ever experienced. He deserves a raise for his valiant efforts.

Ok here’s the thing. You don’t expect high quality or good customer service at Little Caesars. You get cheap, fast pizza and don’t expect anything else. The problem is, when you order in advance there is a 25%-50% chance it won’t be ready, or even started. Which is the POINT of ordering the pick up online! And then there aren’t even any back up hot and ready options? Not a single thing ready to go? Come on. Three times this place has left me scrambling trying to pull food together on a busy night. I’m done. TL;DNR: Don’t expect anything to be ready even if you call it ahead.

Both times I have ordered a cheese deep dish pizza they have made it with pepperoni and I’m a vegetarian. This time, they remade the pizza but I am very disappointed with the quality of the remake. Not worth the wait, will go to a different location next time.

Went in to order 2 of their pizzas with the half pizza half cheese bread (aka call of duty combo). Got in at 12:50 and ordered. What I witnessed over the next 45 min could only be described as unsupervised mayhem. The lady ( looked to still be a teenager) that took our order was rough housing with one of the workers. She then proceeded to yell and berate the kitchen staff in front of the customers. After 30 min of waiting I went to see how things were going as this usually only takes 15 min. She looked confused and went to check their list?? She then started yelling again at the staff that they did not make the other half of my order. She then told me about 4 min and ran off. I know it takes longer than 4 so I was prepared to wait. When she walked back to the stack of pizza, oh yeah it was left out of a warmer the entire time, she opened the second part of my order and started yelling again. This time I overheard that they could not give this to the customer and she berated the staff again. Complained that it was not cut right and was made incorrectly. Well they did decide to serve me what they had made. I have attached pictures to this posting. The pizza that was made first was stone cold and none of it was cut correctly.

Normally I have no issue but as of late I’ve had bad experiences. Not trying to throw anybody under the bus but that last 2 times I’ve had pizza here it has been undercooked. So much so that it is doughy in the center and lukewarm. I don’t know if it’s there oven or it’s being pulled to early which is hard to believe since it’s on a conveyer belt. This will probably be the last time I order from this location.

I ordered a pizza and they said it would be about a 10-minute wait I ended up waiting for like 30 minutes. It turned out that my pizza was done before that but my name was never called out. I have to ask if my pizza was done because I’ve been waiting. There were other people online that were waiting to order also and it took him forever to service them. Overall the food was good.

Pizza was great like always. Nice and warm and ready at all times. The staff is just a bunch of young zit faced kids that don’t care at all about their job. U can hear it in their voice and their demeanor. You can also heat very loudly all the yelling, laughing , and cussing going on between the staff making the pizzas and the reluctant cashiers….great food but just hate going there to be treated like a burden like I’m taking them away from all the fun in the back…it feels a little greasy on the floor, counters. And handles of the soda coolers. Other than that I still go there but literally JUST for the pizza. I get in and straight out as fast as possible

We got the Ultimate Supreme Pizza with 2 bread sticks and sauce. 1st slice was so perfect, ooey, gooey, cheesy goodness, hot and fresh!!! Yes! Yes! Yes! 1st hold and bite of the bread stick…WOW It was like I was a kid back to the 90s at K-Mart with my Grandma and Mom again sitting down with the BEST breadstick of my life Milwaukee Location in Boise is one of the Very Best Hands Down!!! Everything was eaten within 20 minutes of driving in the car, it was that good!!! Family and I will hold on to this treasure here in the treasure valley for the Best Nostalgia when it’s Pizza Time We live in Caldwell, but we will drive just to get this pizza and breadsticks any day we are craving it. Thank you Milwaukee Little Ceasars for always giving us the best quality for our bucks! You guys ROCK!!!

I must have been lucky based upon the other reviews. My online order was ready as promised the staff is friendly quick and courteous. Another Patron came into the door at the same time and he got his two pizzas right away also.
